Leonard made my parents feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. The foot care was thorough and medical-grade. Peace of mind knowing they were in safe, skilled hands.
This is truly in a league of its own compared to any standard salon treatment. The skill and attention to detail were evident in every step — pain-free, clinically clean, and delivered results I haven't achieved elsewhere.
Nurse Zantavius was absolutely wonderful — attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything and made sure my parents were comfortable at all times.

Mobile Medical Pedicure in Orange County, Santa Clara & San Diego
At RNscrub Foot Care, we provide mobile medical pedicure-style foot care delivered by licensed Registered Nurses — designed for clients with diabetes, vascular conditions, or thickened or discolored nails who want professional, in-home care that goes beyond a traditional salon pedicure.
How We Differ from a Salon Pedicure
Unlike a salon visit, our nurse-led service uses single-use clinical instruments and follows professional infection control standards. Our focus is long-term foot health, not cosmetic results. Common concerns we routinely address during a visit include:
- Thickened, overgrown, or hard-to-cut toenails
- Yellow or discolored nails
- Calluses and corns on the feet
- Dry, cracked heels and rough skin
We do not offer massages, nail polish, or foot soaks. This is a clinical, nurse-delivered foot care service, not a spa pedicure.
Who This Service Is For
- Seniors and family caregivers looking for safe, in-home foot care
- Clients living with diabetes who need careful, preventative nail and skin care
- Individuals with compromised immune systems, vascular conditions, or limited mobility
- Hospice patients and residents of assisted living, board and care, and senior communities
Our goal is to support foot hygiene and promote long-term foot health — never to diagnose or treat medical conditions. We refer clients to a podiatrist or physician when medical care is appropriate.
We proudly serve Orange County — including Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, and surrounding cities — Santa Clara County, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, Los Altos, and Palo Alto — and North County San Diego, including Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Marcos, Escondido, and Oceanside.
